The Palace Of Amber Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at The Palace Of Amber. We will inspect our item carefully before we delivered it, however if there is any detail that we missed, please let us know.
- The Palace Of Amber will accept exchange to the registered purchaser within 7 days of delivery. Please present your original receipt as a proof of payment.
- Items purchased from The Palace Of Amber’s website may be exchanged for the same item in a different size only, or if the original item is defective. Purchaser will need to provide a proof of original receipt. Purchaser is responsible for the shipping fee sending to us. The Palace Of Amber will bear the shipping fee returning the items to purchaser.
- Kindly contact us via Email (orders@thepalaceofamber.net) or Facebook Page within 7 working days upon receiving the item(s).
- Items that are returned for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn and in their packaging.
- All returned items will be reviewed by management before any exchange is approved.
- Exchange is only eligible for one replacement per purchase.
- We only refund if the order is out of stock.
- If you wish to exchange an item purchased from a retailer, you will need to contact the retailer where the purchase was made.
How to Return an Order
Please pack your order, enclose your original receipt and place it in a protective envelope/package.
Please mark the parcel with ”returned items”.
Please let us know if there is tracking number with the parcel.
We recommend insurance for safe arrival.
Please assist us by indicating the reason for the return or exchange.
