Important Notice: Our post office has resumed international shipping to certain countries recently, therefore we will slowly implement free shipping policy on our website depends on availability of post office service. Therefore for the shipping fee be charged for our post office shipment, we will refund to you. This might take a while until everything stabilize, we hope for your understanding.
Currently we only provide free shipping on countries that our post office has been resumed on international shipping (here is the list of countries https://www.pos.com.my/faq/#category-container-71). For other countries, there is shipping fee charged.
We ship from Taiwan (via Taiwan Post) or Malaysia (via POS Malaysia) based on stock availability. Time of delivery is 1-4 business days from order placement date, except for those item required customization, please refer to Time of delivery from the product description.
Shipping notification will be sent to you through email. All products are shipped in a protected package.
We ship by airmail and expected shipping time is 2-6 weeks, depends on distance of your address from us.
Please confirm with your local custom regulations before placing your orders, to ensure that orders from Malaysia or Taiwan are accepted.
Some countries collect import fees upon delivery after declaration – kindly note that this is at your own expense. Further information on this can be obtained at your local tax office.
